We meet each Thursday at 7 a.m. at the Bangkok Thai Restaurant, 1003 E. Trent in Spokane. Our meetings consist of several portions each week. Remember to check if you are assigned a "Call 5 ~ Take 5" assignment for the week. Greeters are asked to be at the meeting 10 minutes prior to the meeting, set up the sign-in table with SBB info and name badges and greet all comers. Speakers are given 7.5 minutes to present their business, solicit questions and advise fellow members what would be good referrals for them. Tradeshow Presenters 1) Display their product/service on the table provided, 2) If you have product to sell, you may sell them at the meeting and 3) Stand at your table before and after the meeting for questions. Schedule Changes: If scheduled speakers, greeters or tradeshow presenters need to reschedule their commitments, please notify the program chair as soon as it is known. Fines: Any scheduled speaker, greeter or tradeshow presenter that does not carry out the assignment will be fined $10.00. The program chair is Kent Wales and he can be reached at:
Visitations Each month, each member is assigned the name of another member. We visit our assigned contact to learn about their business. On the last Thursday of the month, we each present a 30-second commercial about our assigned member. This becomes practice for networking our fellow members outside of the group when someone we know says, "Do you know anybody who does ...?" Excused abscences: If you find that you are unable to attend the Thursday meeting, please send an e-mail to by 6:15 a.m. If you have an unexcused absence, you will be subject to a small fine. | ||||
